Orange Romania asked us to bring back the immensely popular characters Millidge and Doig, originally conceived by Wieden+Kennedy for an earlier campaign a few years back. They also tasked us to come up with a new third character.
We decided that because the market had moved on since the original campaign and data was now an important part of the offering, it made sense that the new character would be technology. We introduced a character, Hexidge, that just like technology, is sometimes great and sometimes can be a little random.
